It drops in
The Rhino rotor is built to the mounting geometry of the machine you already own. Same spindle, same crusher, new rotor — no plant rework.
Vertical Shaft Impactor Rotors
Rhino builds the modular rotor that drops into the VSI you already run. Longer wear life, faster tip changes, more tonnage out the back.
Drops into
85 VSI crushers are running Rhino rotors in production today — converted from Canica, Cemco, Remco, ISC, Barmac, Texas Crusher, Pioneer VSI, Sandvik VSI and Ore Sizer machines, in aggregate and sand operations across the West.
See them runningMost VSI rotors are consumables you replace whole. Rhino builds a modular assembly instead — every surface that touches rock is a part you can pull and swap on its own, in the machine you already run.

Premium wear alloys in every contact face. Fewer change-outs per season and fewer hours with the lid open.
Every wear surface is its own bolt-in part. Tips, holders, bars, caps and plates replace individually instead of scrapping a rotor.
What We Build
Rotor Upgrade
Drop-in replacement rotors in 18 sizes and configurations — from a 27" 4 Port Deep to a 44" 8 Port Deep.
Explore
Complete Machine
Our own vertical shaft impactor, built around the Rhino rotor from the ground up rather than adapted to it.

Portable Spreads
Trailer-mounted VSI plants that arrive wired, guarded and ready to run — built to move with the job.
ExploreThe Modular Package
When a conventional rotor wears through, it goes in the scrap pile. A Rhino rotor is a frame plus a set of bolt-in wear components — so a worn tip is a tip, not a capital purchase.
The Process
Make, model and current rotor size — a photo of the nameplate and the rotor tag is plenty. We confirm the configuration that fits.
The rotor is machined to your crusher's mounting geometry. Where an existing hub stays, an adapter plate retrofits it — including the Cemco T-54.
Same crusher, same spindle, no plant rework. From then on, worn tips pull out and new ones slide in — the rotor stays put.
The Film
In The Field
We filmed at operations across four states — the machines, the material and the crews running them. Two are below; the rest are on the testimonials page.
Dealers
Rhino is growing through people who are already out there. If you sell into aggregate, sand or mining operations, there's a line here worth carrying.
Next Step
Give us the make, model and rotor size on your VSI and we'll come back with the Rhino configuration that fits it — and what it will do for your wear cost.
