Complete Machines

The whole crusher,
built our way.

Beyond the rotor conversion, Rhino builds the vertical shaft impactor itself — and the portable plant it rides on.

Rhino VSI

A crusher that starts at the rotor

Most VSIs treat the rotor as a component you fit later. We started with ours and built the machine outward — which is why the wear package, the access and the feed all line up.

  • Designed around the rotor

The Rhino VSI was drawn around the Rhino rotor rather than adapted to accept one. Feed geometry, chamber and access all follow from it.

  • Access where you need it

Deck-level platforms and guarding laid out so tip changes happen from a standing position, not from inside the machine.

  • Same wear package

It runs the identical modular wear components as a Rhino conversion — one parts list across your whole fleet.

Portable Plants

Built to move with the job

Trailer-mounted VSI spreads that arrive wired, guarded and set up — crusher, feed, discharge conveyor and control in one chassis.

Spec a machine.

Tell us the feed, the product you need and whether it's staying put or moving. We'll come back with the machine or plant that fits.
