The primary wear face, in a 30/10 tungsten grade. Cast TOP and OUTSIDE so it can only seat one way.

Which VSI crushers does a Rhino rotor fit?
Rhino rotors are drop-in aftermarket conversions for Canica (Terex), Cemco, Remco, ISC, Barmac (Metso), Texas Crusher, Pioneer VSI, Sandvik VSI and Ore Sizer vertical shaft impact crushers. Each rotor is built to the mounting geometry of the machine it is going into, and adapter plates allow retrofit onto an existing hub, including the Cemco T-54.
What rotor sizes and configurations are available?
The line runs to 18 sizes and configurations, from a 27" 4 port deep rotor up to a 44" 8 port deep, in seven diameters with standard, deep and extra-deep chamber options. Send us your make, model and current rotor size and we'll confirm the configuration that fits.
Do I have to replace the whole rotor when it wears out?
No. A Rhino rotor is a frame plus a set of bolt-in replacement wear parts rather than a single casting. Tips, cavity wear plates, trail plates, wear plates and rings are each replaced individually, so a worn tip is a tip — the rotor body stays in the machine.
What is the difference between a standard and a deep chamber?
Chamber depth sets how much rock is retained in the rotor doing the shaping — a deeper chamber holds more material for rock-on-rock shaping at the same diameter. Exact dimensions vary by rotor; ask us for the spec on your size.
What is Smartip®?
Smartip® is the Rhino tip system, supplied in a 30/10 tungsten grade. Tips are cast with TOP and OUTSIDE markings so they can only be fitted one way. Smartip® is available across the line except on 27" rotors.
Does installing a Rhino rotor require plant modifications?
No. A conversion keeps the existing crusher, spindle and plant layout — the rotor is machined to the mount already in place, so the change happens inside the machine rather than around it.
